The Dinand Library vending machines are broken / ate my money! What do I do? 

We're so sorry that this happened! We do our best to make sure the vending machines are in working order. 

Vending machines in Dinand Library are 'owned' by the college's Auxiliary Services department. If you attempted to purchase something from our vending machines and the purchase did not go through, machine was broken, etc., you can request a refund from Auxiliary Services by visiting their office in Hogan 503 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. You may wish to notify them in advance so that they can have your refund ready! To notify them in advance, or report a problem with the vending machines, please e-mail Sandra Varnot, svarnot AT holycross DOT edu.
